The new garage foundation was poured today which means we should be standing up 2 of the outer walls tomorrow. We are planning to finish up the outer walls of the garage this week and start working on the garage roof this weekend (assuming the walls are completed during the week!).

Inside the house, the framing odds and ends have been finished up in anticipation of HVAC work and electrical work starting this week. The HVAC will be an entirely new furnace and air conditioning unit, along with entirely new ducting throughout the house (the original house did not have a forced air heating/cooling system in it).

There is plans now to publish some of the key information via email for the Carroll St house. In the e-mailings we plan to disclose project news as well as key dates for the sale of the home once they are finalized.
