We closed our sale today on the Carroll Street, bringing this project to completion. It took us longer than we had anticipated (by about 1 month), but the end result was worth the extra time. We are really proud of the house and feel it really enhances what was already a great neighborhood. We had a great day today with our first open house at the Carroll Street house. The feedback from those that were able to come was overwhelming. After several delays and frustrations getting our contractors schedules in line, we are pleased to announce that we will finally be ready to show the Carroll Street house this coming Saturday, September 20th. We are still on track to show the house this weekend. Lots of details are getting wrapped up this week and the house is really starting to look finished. The front of the house has been landscaped. The driveway was poured on Monday and looks great. The fencing along the driveway is also finished up. The exterior lighting on the back of the house and on the garage was installed. We've set an asking price of $799,000 for the house at Carroll Street.  We are accepting requests for private viewings now for dates staring September 12th. We are still having a few issues with sub-contractors schedules as we are wrapping up our project at Carroll Street. We are waiting for our cabinet doors at the moment to finish the kitchen work. Our painters cannot finish until these doors show up so they can finish the painting in the kitchen. The doors should be arriving on Friday and the painting crew will be back to finish up the inside
