We are still having a few issues with sub-contractors schedules as we are wrapping up our project at Carroll Street. We are waiting for our cabinet doors at the moment to finish the kitchen work. Our painters cannot finish until these doors show up so they can finish the painting in the kitchen. The doors should be arriving on Friday and the painting crew will be back to finish up the inside painting and finish the outside painting as well. We are hoping to have all the painting done by Sunday. They were able to come on Tuesday and get some of the exterior painting done. The front of the house was completed and we think it looks great! We put up the exterior lights on the porch today to complete the look (see the attached picture).

Inside, the cabinets are all installed in the kitchen along with the counters and the backsplash for the counters. It too looks really good. The electricians were able to finish up the detail electrical work so all the under cabinet lighting, over cabinet lighting and the lighting in the coffered ceiling in the Great Room have been completed. The major work that is left is the last of the painting, the driveway, shower door installation, carpet installation in the master and 3rd bedrooms and some clean up landscaping. We'll be releasing sale information tomorrow for those interested. Next week we'll have private viewing times available as well, most likely starting Tuesday or Wednesday depending on our flooring (carpet may not be installed till the end of next week).
