We've been working extra hours to try to get back on schedule at our house on Carroll Street this week. Lots of progress has been made this past week. As of today (Saturday 6/23) we have our trim work done  on all the door casing and the window casing on the inside of the house as well as the base boards throughout the house. Painting has started on the trim work inside the house and will continue through the weekend. The bedrooms and bathrooms trim/casing was painted today along with the hallway. Tomorrow, we expect to finish up some of the painting in the the Great Room and the Kitchen.

In the Kitchen, all the base cabinets were set along the outer walls as well as the upper cabinets on one side of the kitchen. Our appliances were delivered this week and will be installed once the cabinet installation has been finished and painting/staining has been finished. The custom built cabinets look great and we are really anxious to see them fully finished.

On the outside of the house, we had the window trim finished up today. The trim work around the windows looks really good and will even better once the outside painting has been finished up. The outside window trim matches the inside casing work quite closely and really ties the windows together.

With regards to the schedule and pricing on the house, we are meeting tomorrow with our market specialists to help determine the intial price which will be set this coming week. We have had some great response to the house both from people from the neighborhood either walking by or drivebys as well as those browsing from the web. Because of this great response, we have decided to have an early viewing and offer period ahead of any listing on the open market for those that have registered with our site. If you have not yet given us your contact information, you should do so as soon as possible as we will be sending out information to those who have registered mid week this week with information regarding the early sale opportunity. We want to give an opportunity to those who have been involved with our project at Carroll Street ahead of any listing on the open market. Ahead of the early offer acceptance date, we will be offering private viewing of the house for those registered people who want to have an early viewing where will can give a detailed of the home's features.  We will be sending information regarding the timing of this by Wednesday of this week. Once this information is released, we'll be scheduling open house viewing for our registered members so you can get a personalized tour and demo of the house and its great features .
