The new garage foundation was poured today which means we should be standing up 2 of the outer walls tomorrow. We are planning to finish up the outer walls of the garage this week and start working on the garage roof this weekend (assuming the walls are completed during the week!).

We will be getting the new windows for the house next week. It will be great to see new, energy efficient windows take the place of the old single pane ones. More great progress was made over the weekend and today at 395 Carroll St on the garage, the plumbing, the framing and some of the remaining landscaping items. The entire plumbing system has been completely replaced with new copper plumbing and all the waste lines have been entirely replaced as well. It is a new plumbing system throughout the house.

The general demolition on the inside of the house was completed over the weekend along with clean up of the overgrown brush around the house itself.
