Thanks for the great responses at the open house this weekend! We enjoyed having the opportunity to get to meet people and show all the great features of the Carroll Street house. We will be accepting offers to purchase the house on Monday September 22nd. If you are interested in making an offer, offers can be dropped off at the Carroll street house between 5pm and 6pm on Monday. The offer should be a standard real estate purchase offer contract along with documentation of pre-approval for a home loan.
