Phase 2 Homes Blog

We had a great day today with our first open house at the Carroll Street house. The feedback from those that were able to come was overwhelming. It was great to see the excited reactions to some of the features we've incorporated into the house and the great response to our design descisions. There were a few people we had heard from that were not able to make it today, so to accomodate those people, we've decided to have one more open house tomorrow, Sunday, September 21st. We'll be having the open house from 1pm - 4pm. Come by if you were not able to come today so that you can see things for yourself. For those of you that were able to come today, thanks for taking the time to stop by. We will be accepting offers starting on Monday, September 22nd as originally planned.
