Information Update at Carroll StPosted by steve in progress, house projects |
|
We've set an asking price of $799,000 for the house at Carroll Street. We are accepting requests for private viewings now for dates staring September 12th. Offers on the house will be accepted on September 16th by 5pm for consideration. An email was sent to the registered users informing them of the current pricing information and also dates for private open house viewing dates. Its not too late to register to get in on the early offering before we consider listing the house on the open market via the MLS. Our market specialists found $799,000 to be an exceptional value for this house in the downtown Sunnyvale location with its like-new condition and high tech features.
On the progress front, we've had good progress by the painters. They've finished the Great Room painting and the doors and cabinets for the kitchen. They are planning on finshing painting on Monday (9/8). Our driveway concrete contractor started the layout of the driveway on Saturday and plans to pour concrete on Monday as well. All that remains is some detail work on the inside including some clean up work and some landscaping on the outside. We are on track for our Friday open house start.
If you are interested in a private open house viewing once things are done, please contact Steve at Phase 2 Homes (steve@phase2homes.com) via email or phone (408-480-1914).
In addition to the sale information that we released, we are going to be offering some technology packages for purchase in addition to the standard home purchase. These packages include computer network enhancements as well as Audio and Video upgrades for LCD TV hookups and home theater quality audio. Stay tuned for a news release regarding these technology package options. We think they are quite exciting and will give you a move in ready technology experience above and beyond the existing technical features for the home.
We'll be posting completed pictures early in the week. Thanks for the great interested we've had so far. Its been fun keeping people up-to-date on our progress.
