More great progress was made over the weekend and today at 395 Carroll St on the garage, the plumbing, the framing and some of the remaining landscaping items. The entire plumbing system has been completely replaced with new copper plumbing and all the waste lines have been entirely replaced as well. It is a new plumbing system throughout the house.
A new foundation perimeter is being prepared for the new garage. This is going to bring the garage foundation up to current code as well as provide a level base. Two of the garage walls were built as well in preparation for the foundation to be finished.
Around the yard, all of the stumps were dug up and recycled.
In other news, we also decided to have the bathroom vanities custom built to suit the bathroom style and also complement the rest of the house. The master bathroom will have a double sink vanity with drawers between the sinks. In the second bathroom, it will be a single sink with 3 drawers.
