We have made the current proposed floorplan for the 395 Carroll St. house available for viewing from the project page. This is the current plan but may change as the work progresses. The city has approved the design and new walls are already going up. The framing is scheduled to be completed by the weekend.
Demolition began today on the old two car garage in the backyard. We will be putting up a brand new two car garage in its place hopefully within the next couple weeks. The city has approved the plans for this as well so its just a matter of getting the work done.
