Here's a quick update on where things are with the house at 395 Carroll St. in Sunnyvale.

The general demolition on the inside of the house was completed over the weekend along with clean up of the overgrown brush around the house itself. In keeping with the green philosophy for Phase 2 Homes, we are recycling all of the tree and bush material and reusing it in the landscaping of the house. We generated a big pile of wood chips from the overgrown bushes and tree limbs which should make some nice ground cover when the landscaping is eventually redone.

We have completed the layout designs for the home's floorplan and framing is scheduled to begin shortly. The plans for the floor plan will be posted to the project page within the next couple days. Check back soon!
