Introducing 395 Carroll St in Sunnyvale!Posted by steve in house projects   |

We have started work on our project at 395 Carroll St in Sunnyvale! Our plans are in place and we have created a new page outlining the project here. We'll be creating blog entries to update people on progress and information regarding what the house will be like when complete and also information about when it will be going up for sale. We are very excited about this property and think it is going to be a great home when finished.

As a neighbor of 395 Carroll St. its great to see this eye sore get a make over. I was slightly disappointed with the lower quality window selection, since I believe nice windows and doors can really make the best curb appeal. Its great to see you fix this up, I just hope you bring back its original design as much as possible. good luck, ken |
