We closed our sale today on the Carroll Street, bringing this project to completion. It took us longer than we had anticipated (by about 1 month), but the end result was worth the extra time. We are really proud of the house and feel it really enhances what was already a great neighborhood. We had the fortune to get to celebrate with the new owners at the house this evening with some champagne and wished them well.
